Legal Basis for Processing: Performance of a Contract (pre-contractual stage)
We process the personal data you submit to us in order to take the necessary steps to evaluate the conclusion of an employment contract or cooperation with you. The processing of such data does not bind Calculus Analytics or you to enter into such a contract.

Calculus Analytics recognizes that protecting information assets, information systems, customer data, business information and intellectual property is fundamental to its success and to the delivery of high-value services in the fields of Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Risk Management, Business Intelligence, Advisory Services and Software Development.
Top Management is committed to establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ensuring the protection of the:

To achieve this commitment, the Company shall:

- Ensure the secure processing of information throughout Data Science, Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning projects.
- Maintain effective information security incident management processes for timely detection, reporting, response and recovery.
- Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities to ensure resilience of critical services.
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, contractual and privacy requirements, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Evaluate and monitor suppliers, contractors and external service providers whose activities may affect information security.
- Provide adequate financial, technological and human resources necessary for the effective operation of the ISMS.
- Establish measurable information security objectives and monitor their achievement.
- Promote awareness and continuous training of employees on information security and cybersecurity.
- Conduct regular internal audits, risk assessments and management reviews to ensure the continual improvement of the Information Security Management System.
Information security is the responsibility of every employee, contractor and business partner. All personnel are required to comply with the Company’s Information Security policies and procedures.
This Policy is communicated throughout the organization and to relevant interested parties, is periodically reviewed, and is updated whenever necessary to remain appropriate to the Company’s purpose, organizational context and strategic direction.
